Broken washer line floods home in Clarkesville, Ga

Water damage service techs see this type of loss all to often. It would be my guess if you were to ask advice from every Water loss professional coast to coast, changing and/or updating your water lines would be in the top 3.

That said, If you have outdated water lines it is recommended to change now and prevent the inevitable catastrophe.

Fog covering water and exposes an island in the center

The scenery in our area is nothing short of amazing.

One of the many benefits of working in North East Georgia is getting paid to explore our great region. This photo was taken on Hwy 123 at the GA / SC border by one of our techs in the early morning. I love how the fog is almost presenting the island.

Bound Water

In a recent storm a fell tree opened the roof and ceiling of a historic home, with rain water trapped inside and underneath these 'Heart Pinewood' floors removal was NOT an option. Our team utilized SERVPRO tech and their knowledge of Hygroscopy to save the flooring and a great amount of additional cost.

Offsite Content Cleaning

Here is a photo of our Detail crew finishing cleaning and deodorizing a customers contents from a fire damage located in the 'center of the world' Hartwell Ga. After cleaning and deodorization the contents are shrink wrapped onto large rolling pallets and stored until renovations are complete.
